We want you to be satisfied with our coaching services, and we will do our best to work with you to achieve your goals. However, if you are not satisfied with our coaching services, we offer the following refund policy:
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a coaching session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel a coaching session with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our coaching services, please contact us at caroline@carolinemaguirecoaching.com to discuss your concerns. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we may offer a refund for unused coaching sessions.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for coaching sessions that have already been provided. If you have already used a coaching session, you are not eligible for a refund for that session.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days of our agreement to provide a refund. The refund will be processed in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
